The Service Manager is responsible for:
Manage all the technical issues from Final Acceptance Certificate up to the end of warranty
Improve customer service experience & create engaged customers in close cooperation with Regional Sales & Service organizations
Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
Answer and positively support the service technician in all situations during their work journey.
Manage the technician in the office and/or at the customer site to have the most efficient diagnosis of problems and solutions.
Acting as mediator with the end users.
Understanding the technical problems of the machine selecting which issues are relevant needs to be analyzed by Engineering Dept.
Support training and development of regional customer service organizations.
Customer satisfaction
Service employees’ efficiency and satisfaction
Service revenues
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and open issues
Personal Competencies:
Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
Experienced in working with Microsoft Office Programs (especially Word, Excel and Power Point)
Professional experience & background:
M.Sc. in Mechanical, Electronical or Automation Engineering or similar
Knowledge of the after-sales complexity of a multinational company
Experience of people managing
Experience with international activities, either from working abroad or from an organization/company with a strong international focus

The Regional Sales Support Manager is based within Europe and India
• Technical sales support to the region (one point of contact): EU West / EU East / India
• Commercial sales support to the region (one point of contact): EU West / EU East / India
General tasks:
• Market Analyst
• Product Specialist (technical)
• Sales Support
Specific tasks:
• Supporting the Regional OEM sales activities related to the CPI offer – technically and commercially
• Identifying opportunities to improve OEM Products or add to existing portfolio
• Follow up on competitor activities in the region
• Establish contact and build up relations to end user customer
• Promote Italpresse Gauss equipment in regions
• Participate in symposiums and exhibitions
• Prepare sales training material
• Give sales training to regional area sales managers
• Maintain market knowledge by participating in customer visits and technical sales activities
• Make internal order handling on orders coming from regions
• Participate in final contract negotiations (nonstandard contracts)
• Business and result oriented person using initiative and high drive

• Broad technical, operational or sales knowledge of foundry industry solutions or similar machinery industry
• Knowledge within shot blasting equipment
• Knowledge within contractual matters and commercial conditions
• Market- and competitor knowledge within the product portfolio
• Experienced in customer contact and presentation technique
• Fluent in English in writing, speaking and experienced in international communication and relations
• Speaking Chinese is an advantage
• Experienced using Microsoft Office Programs (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
