Applications
BlastKing’s core shooting machine has three kinds of process versions: coated sand hot box, cold box, and hot & cold type (the parameters are different, the contents of this technical file are related to the hot box process).
Z94 Type Core Shooting Machine
The Z94 series core shooting machine is an automated semi-automatic core shooting device for shooting core boxes optimized by the original 86 series core shooting machine. The whole set of equipment is controlled by Japanese Omron PLC. The upper blow type device has automatic propulsion, automatic mold clamping, automatic sand shooting, automatic sand scraping and automatic reset function. The machine adopts electric heating and automatic temperature control, which makes it easy to operate, high in productivity, low in labor intensity, stable in operation, low in energy consumption and low in noise. It is an ideal core making device.
Z94 series core shooting machine adopts vertical type, suitable for solid sand core. It has various specifications such as single-action mode, double-action mode and double-station. The driving mode can be hydraulic or pneumatic.

Guarantee time of core shooting machine will be one to five years. Technical support will be during the whole machine life. Consumable spare parts will be supplied periodically.
