The Z14 series moulding machine is a jolt squeeze moulding machine with the following features:
The Z14 series moulding machine is a fully buffered, high frequency, low amplitude, pneumatic jolt squeeze moulding machine.
The Z14 series moulding machine adopts spring buffer, and the pneumatic jolt mechanism can reduce the impact of the jolt on the foundation.
Z14 series moulding machine shock pressure mechanism, consisting of work table, shock piston, seismic iron compaction piston, compaction cylinder and so on.
Z14 series moulding machine indenter arm part is composed of self-pressing head plate, jib beam, central gear shaft, rack piston cylinder, etc. The arm is driven from both ends of the buffer mechanism to make the rotating arm rotate smoothly.
The Z14 series moulding machine has a die-lifting structure, which is composed of a synchronous shaft of the mold cylinder connecting rod and a ejector pin. The die-cylinder is controlled by pneumatic oil to ensure smooth start-up.
