High Manganese Steel Blocks and Building Block Type Lap Structure
The shot blasting chamber is a steel plate and section welded structure with sufficient strength and rigidity. The shape and size of the chamber body, the installation position and direction of the blasting turbines are determined by three-dimensional optimization design and dynamic simulation, which ensures the effect of workpiece cleaning, maximizes the efficiency of the equipment. Mostly important, the liner of the blasting chamber adopt high manganese steel plate with high abrasion-resistance to protect the blasting chamber. And the retaining nut of the inside liner is cast from a high chromium material.
The wear-resistant high manganese liner can protect the chamber wall from high speed blasting media, which greatly prolong the service life of the blasting chamber. the treated high manganese liners have high impact toughness, and it can fully utilize the kinetic energy of the projectile to continue to effectively hit the surface of the workpiece, which greatly increase the efficiency of power consumption and quality of blast processing.
The blasting machine’s guard plate adopts the building block type lap structure with sturdy and durable cast-in-nut structure, and all the liner blocks in hot blasting zone are upper plates, which is convenient to replace. The guards in the general position are edge-sealed guards of the same structure. The projectile liner blocks are stacked on the other liner blocks and sealed on the left and right sides for the upper and lower edges. Therefore, the replacement of liner blocks in the hot blasting zone will not affect the other liner blocks.
