BlastKing Group designed and fabricated a preservation line for shipyard building company in Shandong province, this whole shot blasting line with crosswise conveyor system for automatic loading and unloading steel sheets and sections total length is around 60 meters which including 2 unloading postions, one unloading postion for pieces with primary coating getting out of the production line directly, the other prolonged unloading postion with primary coating would be handling to the next production process(drlling, cutting, etc.) directly  without any stop.

This auto shot blasting and priming line entrance width up to 4500mm for steel sheet and height up to 1000mm for sections, with three units brush systems which specifically designed for big sections used blasting media cleaning, this kind brush systems’ height can be automatically detected and adjused according the height of the sections to optimize the cleaning job.
